Amy's Kitchen: Veggie Burgers

Going vegetarian or at least making meat a "sometimes food" is one of the greatest things you can do for the planet, your health and your pocketbook. Amy's Kitchen makes a lot of great vegetarian organic foods and their veggie burgers may help quell some of your meat cravings.

I tried Amy's Quarter Pound Veggie Burgers and their Bistro Burger. The burgers are made with organic soy, vegetables and grains and have a great texture. They're a nice middle-ground between those incredibly meat-like veggie burgers and the egg-like consistency of others. They may not fool a meat-eater but they're definitely satisfying and yummy.
