Those of you who have been with us for a while won’t be surprised to hear me say I enjoyed these Newman’s Own Organics cookies. Like the other Newman’s products we’ve reviewed here (see below) these soft chewy molasses cookies are made from all-natural organic ingredients. Based on an old Newman family recipe, the thick raisin studded cookie squares are available in original, ginger and cinnamon. Like all Newman’s Own products, all the profits are donated to charities.

The hermit lovers amongst you will also be glad to know that the back of the pack reads:

“No Hermits were harmed, mistreated, pestered or annoyed in the making of these cookies!”

I couldn’t find a price on these anywhere but I expect they’re reasonably priced if they’re anything like the other Newman’s Own Organics products I’ve tried. Overall, a yummy cookie unlike anything I’ve tried before - here’s how they rated:
